Role:Business Development Consultant
Reports to:Director of Operations
Job Purpose:– Work alongside the Director of Operations to maximise new business opportunities to new employers
– Promote Eden’s products and services to current and prospect clients
Based:Office-based (Normanton)
Salary:£20,000 – £25,000

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of prospect employers via telephone and email communication
  • Convert dormant employers back to live status through telephone and email communication
  • Develop strong business relationships with existing customer base through effective relationship management
  • Work as part of a dynamic team, meeting start targets for apprenticeships
  • Support employers with the set-up of their apprenticeship account
  • Keep up to date with Eden products and services to optimise the promotion to employers
  • Comply with Eden internal processes for employer and learner pre-enrolment
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
  • Any other duties as required

Desirable:

  • Industry recognised Customer Service/Business Development related qualification
  • Experience in sourcing employer contacts and creating interest/demand from customers


Other requirements

  • Full enhanced DBS check will be required
  • Full and clean driving licence
