Job Purpose: | – Work alongside the Director of Operations to maximise new business opportunities to new employers – Promote Eden’s products and services to current and prospect clients |
Based: | Office-based (Normanton) |
Salary: | £20,000 – £25,000 |
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of prospect employers via telephone and email communication
- Convert dormant employers back to live status through telephone and email communication
- Develop strong business relationships with existing customer base through effective relationship management
- Work as part of a dynamic team, meeting start targets for apprenticeships
- Support employers with the set-up of their apprenticeship account
- Keep up to date with Eden products and services to optimise the promotion to employers
- Comply with Eden internal processes for employer and learner pre-enrolment
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
- Any other duties as required

Desirable:
- Industry recognised Customer Service/Business Development related qualification
- Experience in sourcing employer contacts and creating interest/demand from customers
Other requirements
- Full enhanced DBS check will be required
- Full and clean driving licence
